After years of travelling the world in a demanding corporate role, burnout became my turning point. Workplace wellness initiatives like lunchtime yoga and Pilates sparked a shift that led me to rebuild my life around health, movement, and wellbeing. Today, I’m the founder of Glow Getter Co, Geelong's most-loved private boutique Pilates & Wellness studio, and I spend my days helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more energised through Pilates, yoga, coaching, workshops, speaking, and corporate wellness programs. With qualifications in Education, Health & Wellness Coaching, Clinical Pilates, Yoga, and the Science of Wellbeing from Yale, I’m deeply passionate about supporting our community to move more and feel better. I believe that when each of us invests in our own wellbeing, even in the smallest of ways, we strengthen the collective. Becoming an Active Geelong Ambassador is the perfect alignment of my mission and my heart for this region.
