Competition Rules
The following competition is being held and promoted by Active Geelong Limited trading as Active Geelong ABN 20 619 281 775 c/- PO Box 6333, Highton, VIC 3216 Telephone 0419 337 834 (Promoter).
By participating in the Active Geelong “Active Family Challenge” promotion (Promotion), each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter which are final and binding in all respects. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any one of these Terms and Conditions will not give rise to any claim or right of action by the entrant or any other person.
Opening and closing dates
The entry period for the Promotion begins at 9:00pm (EST) on Sunday 28th June, 2020 and ends midnight on Sunday 19th July, 2020 (Promotion Period).
Who may enter
The Promotion is only open to greater Geelong residents (must reside in one of the following: Borough of Queenscliff, City of Greater Geelong, Colac Otway Shire, Surf Coast Shire, Golden Plains Shire).
Active Geelong employees and immediate family members of employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who, in the opinion of Promoter, has tampered with the entry process, entered in a manner that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the prize winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the prize winner and/or the prize winner’s entry is of a type described in this term. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

How to enter
Step 1:
- Visit activegeelong.org.au/activefamilychallenge
- Enter your details via the registration form (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Postcode), accept the terms and conditions and click submit.
Step 2:
- Follow Active Geelong on Facebook and/or Instagram
Step 3:
- Film a video using your mobile phone of a creative, fun way that you and your family are keeping active
- Upload it to your personal Facebook and/or Instagram page, tagging @activegeelong with hashtag #activefamilychallenge
- Make sure the Facebook settings for this post can be seen by the public. On Instagram you will need to make your account public.

An entrant may only register once for the Promotion.
