FITNESS TIPS – WORKOUT SHEET 4

Follow the steps below to build up your weekly run session.

• 10 minute warm up jog
• Drills and stretches
• 6 x 2 min run at 75% effort with 1 walk between reps
• 5 min warm down jog
• Stretch
