ACTIVE GEELONG 2025 ACTIVE WORKPLACE OF THE YEAR (LARGE EMPLOYER): SPONSORED BY P.M Design Group
This award will go to a LARGE EMPLOYER (100+ employees) that best demonstrates their commitment to creating an active culture and active physical environment for their employees.

ACTIVE GEELONG 2025 ACTIVE WORKPLACE OF THE YEAR (SMALL/MEDIUM EMPLOYER): SPONSORED BY West Carr Harvey
This award will go to a SMALL/MEDIUM EMPLOYER (less than 100 employees) that best demonstrates their commitment to creating an active culture and active physical environment for their employees.

ACTIVE GEELONG 2025 COMMUNITY AWARD: SPONSORED BY Geelong Connected Communities
This award will go to an organisation that goes above and beyond to promote and support community initiatives that encourage physical activity.

ACTIVE GEELONG 2025 ALLIED HEALTH/GP CLINIC OF THE YEAR: SPONSORED BY Western Victoria Primary Health Network and Barwon Health
This award will go to an Allied Health or GP clinic that goes above and beyond to promote physical activity to their staff and patients.

ACTIVE GEELONG 2025 ACTIVE WORKPLACE OF THE YEAR (LARGE EMPLOYER)

Examples may include but are not limited to: policies and procedures that support physical activity; the role of leadership in supporting physical activity; flexible work practices; consultation and co-design with staff; providing and promoting information about opportunities to be physically active in or near the workplace; providing or promoting inclusive and accessible physical activity initiatives.
